Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of organikrobot.com and its tools and subscription plans (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

Organik Robot provides educational, self-development tools and content (the "MOS" framework and related tools). See our Disclaimer — the Service is not medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.

Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring (monthly or annual) basis via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law. Prices may change; we'll give you notice before any change affecting an active subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or attempt to bypass rate limits, CAPTCHA, or other security controls.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service outside of documented, permitted use.
  • Reverse-engineer or resell access to the Service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of anything you submit to the Service (e.g. thought entries, scan inputs). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you (including sending it to third-party AI providers such as Anthropic where a tool requires it — see our Privacy Policy).

Intellectual property

The Service, including its frameworks, tools, design, and content, is owned by Organik Robot and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Organik Robot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date below, and where appropriate, we'll notify you by email.
